Temporary road closures and highway issues

Temporary Road Closure: ttro697527E - Whatley Cottage Lane and Old Wells Road, Whatley

The order becomes effective on 05th June 2025 and will remain in force for eighteen months.

The works are expected to commence on 9th June 2025 and last for 12 days to enable Kier to carry out drainage works on behalf of Somerset Highways. 

The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is permitted on this occasion.
